Beti is a dancer in a dance group in Cabo Verde. However, she receives an offer from Lisbon to continue her career there. This offer triggers the conflict of every Cape Verdean: the diaspora. Doubts, uprootedness, and nostalgia take hold of her. A decision in which she will be accompanied by great Cape Verdean musicians and musicians: Mayra Andrade, Cesária Évora, or Denti Di Oro, among others.
