Matilda Rodanuma is a disabled girl who dreams of becoming a great athlete. She lives on Planet Rodanuma, a futuristic, wheel-like world inhabited by a rolling society. The girl contracts a disease that causes her wheels to unwind and turn into legs. Despite her limitations, Matilda will fight to make her dreams come true and compete in the famous Ramparroda Tournament.
